Ox Brass Cuff with Clock Face and Propeller

This fancy cuff has a propeller that spins! A trick here is using the Beehive Fat Bead Caps and flattening them out and using the Nouveau Frame by cutting into two pieces and using it as prongs on each side of the clock face.
