Can I really buy all I want and pay one flat rate shipping fee for USA Addresses?
Yes you can! AND if your order totals $100.00 or more, shipping is FREE* (To USA addresses).
Where do these items ship from?
The beautiful Northwest of the United States of America!
How are my items shipped?
We ship USPS Priority Mail for items going to USA Addresses. **International Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International.
**Note: We are not responsible for VAT, held shipments, lost shipments or Customs holds.
Do you offer Express or Overnight shipping?
No, we don't.
How often do you ship?
We ship out twice a week.
Will you drill holes in my brass items prior to shipping?
No. We do not offer any hole drilling or other customization of brass supplies.
Do you offer Wholesale?
No. We do not offer Wholesale. We try and keep our prices low year round. We offer free shipping and occassionally a Coupon with promotion.
Is your Brass Made in China?
No. The majority of the brass on this site is Made in the USA. There are a few hard to fine items that are French Brass, Czech Brass, German Brass and Italian Brass. Those items are clearly idenified.
Where is your plating done?
Our Plater is also right here in the USA!
How do I care for Raw and Plated Brass?
Raw brass and our Sterling Silver Plated Brass WILL oxidize if not sealed. Some Customers love the aged look of raw brass as it darkens over time and leave it raw, but if you want that lovely golden to stay, you MUST seal your brass with a clear coat. Our Sterling Silver Plate is real sterling over brass and will also oxidize with time. You can use a shine cloth to bring back the beauty of the bright silver, or you can clear coat. Our other finishes are fine to leave unsealed as the patina process offers protection.
I have a wedding coming up, can I order in large quantities as a Custom, Pre-Paid Order?
Yes. Depending on the item, we need 3-6 weeks for ordering. Less time for raw and more time for plated.
Do you Accept Returns?
Due to severe, life-threatening allergies (risk of cross contamination) items are not returnable. Please buy with care as all sales are final.
Is this a Smoker-Free Shop and Environment?
YES! All items come from a 100% Smoker-Free Environment. We do have cats.
How can I pay?
We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.
